COMMUNITY HIGHLIGHTS
The Dedalus Foundation is promoting the 2025 High School Scholarship! Every year Dedalus awards fine art scholarships of $2,000 to graduating seniors who intend to further their studies in fine arts or art history in college. The scholarship is open to all mediums, and they are looking for students that are passionate about creating art. The winners will have their works displayed for a two-day exhibition at Kasmin Gallery in Chelsea to celebrate their work.
All graduating seniors from any New York City public or charter high schools are eligible to apply.
The application is entirely online and asks students to provide an eight-image portfolio, brief artist statement, and an optional link to a video of their sketchbook. A direct link to the application is included below and applications are due April 18 by 5 PM EST.
