2018 NYC Gold Key Artwork Pick-Up Information

Friday, June 15, 4:00–7:00 pm

Saturday, June 16, 10:00 am–2:00 pm

REMINDERS

• Students are required to pick-up their artwork during the scheduled pick-up hours June 14-16.
• If they cannot retrieve their artwork during the scheduled hours, they must send an email to info@artandwriting.org to request a pick-up appointment.
• Scholastic Awards staff will not accommodate unscheduled pick-ups.
• Do not go to The Met to pick-up your artwork. It is not there!
• Artwork that is not picked up by June 22, 2018 will be donated or discarded due to limited space while office space is under renovation.
• Bring protective covering to safeguard your matted artwork against the elements during your commute home.
• Direct all questions concerning artwork pick-up to info@artandwriting.org.
